Dominik Thalhammer is a versatile and experienced football coach who has served as the Head Coach for various teams, successfully leading the Austrian women's national team. He has also gained valuable experience in European football, having coached at FC Admira Wacker Mödling, LASK Linz, Cercle Brugge, and KV Oostende. In addition to his role as a technical director and head of coach education, he has made significant contributions as a member of the UEFA JIRA panel and as an academy director, promoting the development of young talents and innovative training methods. His approach emphasizes the importance of collaboration, strategic thinking, and continuous education in football.

I am Dominik Thalhammer, a multi-faceted football professional, with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities in the industry, showcasing my versatility and expertise in different aspects of the game.

As a manager, I believe in thinking out of the box and pushing the boundaries of traditional approaches. I strive to challenge the status quo, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance the performance and success of the teams I work with.

For me, leadership goes beyond being the best; it is about empowering and developing individuals to become the best versions of themselves. I firmly believe in the transformative power of leadership, cultivating a positive environment where players can thrive, learn, and grow not only as athletes but also as individuals.

I am proud to have led teams to remarkable accomplishments, including reaching the Euro League group stage and competing against esteemed European clubs such as Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester United, Sporting Lisbon, Royal Antwerp, and many others. These experiences have enriched my understanding of the game and exposed my players to high-intensity competition on a global stage.

Moreover, I have had the privilege of guiding LASK Linz to the Austrian Cup final, a testament to the collective hard work, dedication, and tactical acumen of the team under my guidance.

As head coach of the women's national team, a milestone in Austria's football history was reaching the Women‘s Euro in 2017, which was the consequence of a clear vision, team cohesion and an unconventional approach.

I am truly passionate about football and the impact it can have on individuals and communities. As a coach, I strive to create a winning culture that fosters growth, teamwork, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
